Contact forms
When you submit a form, we process your name, email address, selected subject, the content of your message, and the technical data required to protect the form. We use this data to respond to your request and for subsequent communication. The legal basis is your consent; where the message concerns potential contractual cooperation, the legal basis also includes taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
We retain messages for no longer than 12 months after the request has been resolved, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary to protect our rights. We do not sell your data. It may be accessed only by authorised persons and by hosting or email service providers to the extent strictly necessary.
Spam protection and analytics
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process your IP address and device or browser data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. Matomo analytics is activated only after you have consented to analytics cookies. You may change your consent at any time through the cookie settings.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Send your request to info@varico-publishing.sk. If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
